Matching Mini cakes
I loved the way these turned out. They were much more work than I had anticipated, but I am really pleased with the result.

Cakes for a Cause
My dear friend Jenny has been battling a cancerous brain tumor for over 2 years now. It has gotten to the point where she needs constant care now. The family needs help financially and so I have decided that for the next 3 months (or however long it takes), a portion of every cake order received will go directly to help Jenny and her family. There has also been an account set up in the name of Ernie Lynch (her husband) at US Bank where people can donate directly, you can find the account information here http://jennylynch.blogspot.com. There is also a button at the top that says "Donate" which will take you to a page where you can donate using your Paypal account. Any small amount helps and is appreciated by the family so much.
