Cricut Walk in My Garden Cake

Cricut Walk in My Garden Cake - This one was for a friend's little girl. Her favorite thing right now is to take Cricut classes with her mom, so her mom ordered this. I used the Walk in My Garden cartridge for inspiration. And my scrapping friends will be happy to know that I made the background 'papers' textured like Bazzil. :) It was milk chocolate cake with chocolate filling.

Broncos cake

Broncos cake - This was for my cousin's husband. It is a challenge to do all these football cakes I know nothing about, and fun because it is all new to me. :)

Dinosaur Auction Cake

Dinosaur Auction Cake - This was the second cake I donated to the La Caille auction for the new wing at the University of Utah Hospital. The little guy was SO excited about it. That makes it all worth it and is truly my favorite thing about making these cakes.

Steelers helmet cake

Steelers helmet cake - This was my first helmet cake, so I know it isn't perfect, but it was fun. I know absolutely nothing about football, I just looked things up on the internet...so I hope I did ok! :) Thank heaven for facebook friends who answer my questions.

Shower cake and Baby cupcakes

Shower cake and Baby cupcakes - This was a replica of a Pink Cake Box cake. I love their stuff! But, as most of you know, I hate to do a cake exactly the same. I like to feel like an artist, not Kinkos. :) So I had to change it a bit. :) The top is french vanilla with fudge filling and the bottom is chocolate fudge cake with matching chocolate fudge cupcakes.

Sock Monkey/Banana cookies

Sock Monkey/Banana cookies - These were tough since I didn't have a sock monkey cookie cutter. I had to hand cut all these cookies with a template, but I thought it was such a cute idea. I love to try anything out of the ordinary. Thanks Holly!

The Traditional Rivalry Cookies

The Traditional Rivalry Cookies - For those of you not from Utah, the annual BYU/University of Utah game is a really big deal. Every year I get a ton of orders for "Y" and "U" cookies. It has gotten to be kind of a fun tradition for me even though I am not a football fan.

Oakley Purse Cake

Oakley Purse Cake - This one was for one of my favorite customers. She is such a doll. It was for her 2 year old so she wanted a purse with some of her favorite things spilling out. There were three matching smash cakes as well, but I forgot to get pics.

Another Pirate Ship Cake

Another Pirate Ship Cake - this was for a friend of mine that used to live up the street from me. Such a fun way to get so see old friends. She told me later that her little guy was so thrilled with it, he was nearly in tears when they tried to cut it. That right there is why I do this. So cute!
