Princess Castle cake - This one was strawberry cake with vanilla filling. I did use a plastic figure on this one. I hate doing that when I know I could do a fabulous fondant one, but I have to be super careful with trademark issues if it is not for family or friends. I still like it anyway. ;) I just feel like using plastic toys is cheating.

Princess Castle
Princess Castle cake - This one was strawberry cake with vanilla filling. I did use a plastic figure on this one.
