Toe cake - Yep...that's right...a toe cake. A friend of mine was in a tragic ping pong table accident and chopped of the top fourth of his toe. He was in Panama and tried to get it fixed there only to get gangreen. So he needed to come back to the states to have proper surgery done. I figured after all that, I better make him a cake in effigy.
