Pony cake - This one was for one of my carpool kids. I didn't have much time (2 hours), but I adore this little girl and wanted to make her something fun. So this is actually rice cereal treats underneath instead of cake. She was totally excited, so it was worth every minute.

How you could do that in 2 hours I will never understand. I've gotten a little faster with time, but 2 hours?? Man!
LOL...if it was really cake, it would never have happened that fast.
